Wynette Hoffman
W.A. Hoffman is the author of the historical buccaneer series Raised By Wolves. The four RBW volumes--Brethren, Matelots, Treasure, and Wolves--have made fans worldwide of both men and women. A rebel with a cause, Hoffman likes to write rousing and philosophical tales about true love, gender politics, heresy, treason, alternative family values, sex, the occult, and other things that go bump in the collective unconscious--in any genre. Her next projects will run the gamut from science fiction to contemporary literature. Originally an artist who studied to work in film, Hoffman dabbles in a wide variety of artistic media: producing book covers, web graphics, and illustrations. Fiercely committed to independent publishing and creative freedom for artists, Hoffman founded her own publishing company, Alien Perspective, in 2002.

Rachael Murasaki Ish

Rumor has it that Rachael came out of the womb with a pencil and paper in hand. Ever since, she's been in a perpetual state of creation--be it drawing, painting, or writing--and takes great pride in the messes she makes. Rachael can usually be found covered in one form of media or another, dancing around her study, or carrying out her plans to take over the Arts and Sciences Magnet at North Springs High School.
